Lagos Project Office
Description of contractor’s main office facility and equipment
The Project Management/Engineering Team will be stationed at
Gremoore Office Complex located at Block 12, Plot 109, Henry Ojogho Crescent, Off Freedom Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria.
A 10 minutes’ drive from Lekki Phase 1 round about. The Complex is a
one storey building that delivers ±800 sqm of Grade A office space.
The Complex is a one storey building that includes:
- 2 x Conference rooms with the capacity to sit at least 10 persons in each on a regular arrangement.
- Access control on all entry points (Smart card activated doors)
- Reception area
- 24hours CCTV coverage
- 3 x Client Office
- Spacious car and office space
- Armed security (Mopol) on site 24/7
Stand by Generator
- 100KVA standby Generator for peak period operations
- 20KVA inverter (UPS)
HSE Equipment
- Fire and smoke detectors available on every floor.
- Portable Fire extinguishers provided. The provisions are for DCP only.
- Smoke detection, Alarm system and exit, muster point signage
provided.
Lagos Contractor’s Annex Office Facility & Equipment
We also have an annex office located at Plot 9 Henry Ojogho Crescent
Off Freedom Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria.
This is adjacent the main complex and boasts of the following
facilities.
- 1 x Conference rooms
- Access control on all entry points
- 24hours CCTV coverage
- 4 Offices to accommodate 12 workstations
- Spacious car and office space
- Armed security (Mopol) on site 24/7
